Refunds & cancellation

Effective 28 September 2026. This policy applies to ParaCrux Solidworks Agent and ParaCrux Blender Agent subscriptions and AI credit packs purchased through Paddle, our merchant of record.

Requesting a refund

For payment or refund assistance, use Paddle’s buyer support or the contact link on your receipt, and include the transaction reference. You can also contact our product support for help identifying a transaction or resolving a product issue.

Paddle’s Refund Policy, its Buyer Terms and mandatory consumer law apply. This page does not limit statutory rights, rights for a faulty or misdescribed product, or Paddle’s ability to issue a refund. We do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.

Stop future renewals

Open your dashboard and choose Billing & cancellation to manage your subscription through Paddle. You can also use your receipt’s management link. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent that renewal payment. Cancellation and refund are separate: cancelling normally preserves access until the end of the current paid period and does not automatically refund the unused part of that period.

After a refund

If a refund reverses the purchase supporting your licence, the associated entitlement may end. Retain your own copies of work and follow the app’s save and recovery instructions. Approved refunds are handled by Paddle through the payment arrangements described in its policy. Processing time depends on your payment method.

AI credit refunds

Request refunds through Paddle using your purchase receipt or buyer support. Paddle’s policy and mandatory rights apply, including where credit has been used. Approved refunds or chargebacks remove the corresponding purchased credit. A partial refund removes the refunded amount before tax from the purchased credit; a tax-only refund does not remove usage credit. If affected credit has already been consumed or reserved, managed AI spending is paused while support reconciles the balance. We do not silently charge your card to cover a deficit. Subscription cancellation alone does not remove unused purchased credit.

Before purchase

Confirm installer availability, SOLIDWORKS compatibility or, for the Blender Agent, your Blender version, and the supported workflow with us. The subscription includes £5 of AI credit per paid seat each UTC month. Extra packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.
