ParaCrux · Blender Agent · works with Blender

Presentation scenes,
from your own models.

ParaCrux Blender Agent is a chat agent inside the ParaCrux desktop app that works with Blender. It drives your own copy of Blender 5.2 LTS to stage and render your parts, with every change made through a typed operation you can see.

Windows desktop app · Your own Blender 5.2 LTS, installed free from blender.org · No arbitrary scripts

What it does

From model
to finished image.

For presentation images of parts and assemblies you already have.

01 / BUILD

Scenes from typed operations.

The agent builds and edits scenes through a fixed set of typed operations, each shown in the chat. It never runs arbitrary scripts in Blender.

02 / IMPORT

Your parts, with their appearances.

Bring in ParaCrux parts and assemblies with their appearances, and SOLIDWORKS parts and STEP files from their saved display data.

03 / RENDER

Stills, view sets and turntables.

Render single stills, sets of standard views and turntables. Each render job leaves a render receipt.

Before you start

A few practical details.

Do I need Blender?

Yes. Install Blender 5.2 LTS yourself; it is free from blender.org. ParaCrux does not include or install Blender.

What does it cost?

The same as the Solidworks Agent: £39 per seat per month or £390 per seat per year, before tax, with no trial. Each seat covers one concurrent computer and includes £5 of managed AI credit every UTC month. Pricing

Can it run scripts in Blender?

No. The agent only uses a fixed set of typed operations. In Live Link mode, where it works in your open Blender window, nothing changes until you allow agent edits and approve each change in Blender.

What is not supported yet?

SOLIDWORKS 2026 assemblies cannot be imported yet. SOLIDWORKS parts and STEP files can.
